What's in a Bundle
Each bundle is a complete meal plan built around a real-life scenario — so you're not scrambling to figure out what's for dinner or what to pack for lunch.
Every bundle includes:
- A full set of recipes — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert, all quick, make-ahead, or crockpot-friendly (we leave room for eating out or ordering in, because sometimes you just need a night off)
- A "cook once, eat twice" approach — one cooking session covers two meals; each recipe notes where our family eats a version to accommodate kid preferences; grocery quantities already reflect this. We're a family of 4 with slightly larger portion sizes, so quantities are built accordingly.
- Tips and tricks — real-world advice from actually running a busy household
- A simple prep plan — what to do ahead of time so meals come together fast
- A grocery list — printable PDF plus a copy-paste version for your grocery app
How to Use It
- Download your bundle after purchase (delivered instantly to your email).
- Recipes are labeled Day 1, Day 2, etc. — start whenever works for you. Our Day 1 is Friday dinner.
- Look over the prep plan first — a few minutes of get-ahead prep sets up the whole week.
- Print or copy-paste the grocery list into your favorite app.
- Cook through the recipes in the order outlined or adjust based on what fits your week.
Feeding More (or Less)?
Every household eats a little differently — some families want bigger portions, others are feeding fewer people. After purchase, copy the recipe and grocery list into your favorite AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) along with this prompt:
"Scale this recipe and its ingredient list from serving [X] to serving [Y] people. Adjust ingredient quantities proportionally, but flag anything that doesn't scale well (like spices, baking leaveners, or cook times) and suggest an adjusted amount for those. Then update the grocery list quantities to match."
Just fill in your current serving size and target, paste in the recipe, and it'll do the math for you.
